  • How can I make a booking or request more information?

  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required as soon as possible after receiving the accommodation contract. Please transfer it to GE Money Bank account 209742961/0600.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is available from 13:00 to 19:00. Arrivals outside these hours are possible by prior arrangement by phone.
  • How does key collection work?
    Keys are collected upon arrival — either at the apartment building (Machovská Lhota, No. 1) or at the owner's address (Machovská Lhota, No. 46). All necessary details will be provided in advance.
  • Are the beds made up and are towels provided?
    Yes, beds are made up on arrival and towels as well as toilet paper are provided.
  • How are the kitchens equipped?
    Each kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable cooking and dining. You will find a hob, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at our accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Is the accommodation wheelchair accessible?
    Our accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. Apartment A has two staircases; apartments B and C have two small steps at the entrance to the building.
